In order to be healthy, our internal pH or Acidity level, needs to be around a pH of 7 (or neutral).  This goes out of balance when we eat or drink too many acid forming foods, such as microwaved, pre-prepared and fast-foods, sugars, meats, processed foods, tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol (for example).  Ideally improving our diets would be the first step, but to get a deep detox and return our inner pH to optimum levels we need more help, so adding 10 drops of Plasma pH drops and one scoop of Greenshield to a litre of water not only brings the pH down to 10 pH, thus alkalizing our bodies, but contains a huge number of minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants, further helping the detoxification of the body and strengthening of the immune system.  Greenshield has a pleasant, herbal taste and the pH drops are tasteless.
